No, he didn't. The police reports and news reports have all refuted this. If you have something other than some nonsense rider group link saying he did kill someone, and who it was that died, then post it.

http://nypost.com/2013/09/30/bikers-...r-rams-riders/

NY Post has an article on it. They pulled the SUV driver out and beat him senseless. Try that here in Texas, and a lot of riders could very well be dead.

Did I miss the milk? .

Maybe that was the whole problem. They couldnt carry all the milk, and wanted the SUV to transport it for them. Ahhhh...

I wonder if he had to put in 4wd, or is the RR AWD all the time?

Looks to me as if he was just trying to get away.

The statement made by police (which mentioned no deaths or knife slashes to the chest) in the video posted on this thread is the only thing I have seen so far that that isn't completely biased towards motorcyclists or cagers.

If I wanted to just speculate like everyone else, I would say you had a bunch of bikes on the road being irresponsible, and a RR driver that got tired of putting up with it and ran someone over. Neither action was justifiable, but one action escalated and precipitated the next. The chances that the rider that got hit on the video wasn't seen or that the RR was incapable of slowing enough to avoid the impact is pretty slim. Then the guy in the RR got assaulted to the extent of needing stitches. Everyone is now crying about it. The only thing needed to avoid all of this is paying attention, manners and restraint from both mc riders and cagers.

If this had been me in the SUV, I never would have given them the chance to get off their bikes and smash my window. Stay on a moving street, and if you do stop, throw that in reverse and run em over. Not gonna sit there while they try to kill me. Stupid bikers.
