Pretty sure the mob around his truck in the middle of the freeway is an attack. They definitely weren't selling him cookies door to door. It may have been more... but the camera was too far away to see the details.

Not everyone has the same reaction time.
Not to mention he was being mobbed at the time.... was probably looking at a bike yelling into his driver window, watching bikes all around him... then BLAM... some decided to try and commit suicide on his front bumper. I don't feel sorry for the guy at all... his parents/family, maybe. Not him.

Anyone who brake checks or parks in a roadway shouldn't be too surprised when they get hit. Plain and simple. Don't be surprised that some random individual you've never met called your bluff/won at chicken. Or is that losing at chicken? What-ever. Same as above... I feel sorry for the loved ones, not the .

Sucks to be paralyzed or broken legs or whatever... which is my main driving force to not brake check a Range Rover and/or park on a freeway

Not saying someone didn't start it... but I can't blame the Rover driver for the actions on film. Maybe if they posted the original incident, then I'd blame him for that. Dunno... as I haven't see what happened before the clip started.

You obviously have no idea what the laws are regarding self defense. Much less a persons right to self preservation.

most of it has come out, and i think it's already headed in the right direction.

no charges for the RR driver, they threw the book at the instigator of the whole thing, and they are searching for more!

I didn't show you anything. I didn't intend to do so. I was only pointing out obvious lack on your part.
