True...and im curious to see how they proceed. Does 'meezee' get off, or will he get tagged for his operating a vehicle with a license etc for example?

And..social aspects, lotta NY will be po'd if they don't do anything, and the rats will likely be more brazen if the police don't.

Thanks a lot NYC Thugs for making the rest of us riders look bad. Wtf did y'all think was going to happen when all of yall try to intimidate a man with his wife and kid? This was all over houston news. I'm not going to ride for awhile until the heat dies down.

Now the injured rider was not the one that brake checked the driver. The injured rider was still on his bike watching what the others were doing.
