Co-Op Space as seen on CL, legit?

Hi guys, saw this posting on CL a couple of days ago and the space looks pretty cool. The guy doesn't list the exact location though and hasn't gotten back to me yet. Anyone on here know of this place?

Sounds like it could be a great place for me to work on my bike instead of all by my lonesome.

Hope everyone is having a good saturday!

buncha bike racists! Think they'd let a guy work on a sumo there?

Seriosuly though, I like the idea, and I would really be interested in a co-op shop space, as long as it's trust-worthy folks...

Sure, I've been called a xenophobe, but the truth is, I'm not. I honestly just feel that America is the best country and the other countries aren't as good. That used to be called patriotism.

yeah. I thought it'd be like riding with a condescending rossi.

Seems very reasonable to me. Their space, knowledge, tools, and time
