we got a 50+ yard. Jump b4 they get traction.
I've seen plenty of liter bikes get walked on. Don't forget about awd cars. And they don't have 1200hp. Remember cars have more torque per pound than a bike too. Torque is what gets you out in front. From a dig, a bike will take a good rider to beat a high HP car. But all this is relative.

Agree. 600 hp isnt enough to run off from a 1k. With that being said I have run off and left more than one 1k on my old 600. Some people cant ride. lol

...and most races aren't from a dig.
Even from a light, most people will roll on to see if the other guy will play.

Unless you are talking pre-arranged.... but seems like usually it's while cruising already.

Street racing from a dig died years ago, everyone wants to roll race the big HP now.

I tried to keep up with a GTR today.(I wasn't on my bike) He had "lol" as part of his plate number and the car was dark blue. I did well until he started bending physics and started finding gaps in traffic that weren't available to me. I blinked once and he turned into a mirage. If that was you, nice driving.

It wasn't me but never try to keep up, you'll end up dead that way quick. It makes you ride out of your comfort level and makes you do things you normally wouldn't.

Oh I wasn't on my bike and I don't race cars on the bike. Once he hit mirage status I went back to listening to NPR.

U guys need to bring these liter bikes to the 2k meets and get pooped on by some cars . If stretched busas with EVERYTHING (150lb rider- 1441cc+ built motor- nitrous) that run over 230 in the standing mile can't touch half the cars that attend I doubt any BMW could.. Next spring somebody should prove me wrong, a race wont be hard to get they love taking money from bikes

Pretty sure if a busa with about 20 grand in it can't do the job my stock cbr1000 will be laughed at so I don't even try. But I'm smart enough to know that. Don't be so thin skinned nobody is talking mess go have a snickers

Just a small shot of the 2K event this year. Skip to the 1 min mark. I'm in my GTR and I floor it. If you know how fast a stock GTR is, then this shows some perspective. The other 3 obviously were not stock...

Paul1098 and I had that happen to us in Arkansas one day and I looked back after I made it past the and saw nothing but tire smoke from Paul. I thought he had gone down for sure but luckily he didn't. I've also had that happen numerous times. I don't understand why people think they feel the need to police the world as they see fit.
