I doubt they'll be riding around with the same license plate but just in case, its 3ST733. In addition, the stickers were probably taken off, so the HotBodies exhaust, white rim stripes, and the mesh cover on the front intake is painted white. It was stolen from the Conroe area Saturday 9/21/13 between 7:30am and 1:30pm.

I got a call earlier today that my bike was recovered Saturday night thanks to LoJack. I spoke with the officer that found it, but I don't believe there were any arrests made. He said it was parked somewhere when he found it, neither him or the wrecker yard could tell me the condition of the bike. I'm waiting to hear from my insurance company on what the next step is. I did have theft insurance so I can only assume that the insurance company will be taking care of everything.

Good news and bad news. There is an investigation going on of some sort, although i don't have any details I am hoping it leads to some arrests. The bad news is that because of that investigation the insurance adjuster is not even able to go out and look at the condition of the bike. Hopefully there is some development within the next week, I wish they would atleast let me go and look at it.

They usually steal it and leave it in a random place, kinda hidden to see if anyone will come pick it up because the person who stole it wasnt sure if your bike had something like Lojack on it or not.

Insurance called me and said the ignition is damaged and the triple tree is cracked, they should be dropping it off at Motorcycles Unlimited today or tomorrow.

Good to hear!

My bike was found 600+ miles later with the same license plate. They made minor mods, but didn't change anything that REALLY made it stand out as different than when I had it. Other than all the new scratches and destroyed key holes.

Hopefully you don't get screwed by the towing lot's fees like I did

So my bike has been declared a total loss. I stopped by Motorcycles Unlimited the first day it was dropped off but only took 2 pictures. The first is of the cracked triple tree, where they broke off the ignition and apparently damaged the frame in the process. I hadnt noticed the frame damage but the insurance adjuster pointed it out to me in a later conversation. The second is of the tail section, which I guess they screwed up by trying to rip off my license plate.

Progressive has been really great throughout this entire process, and am very happy with the way they have handled this. I guess i'll have to start looking for a new bike at this point.

Sorry for the big pictures.

So a bit of an update on this, the bike was found at a guys house, in his garage, in Spring. Not that it matters, but it was a meth head looking white guy. I will be in court the 14th of this month to give the judge whatever information I have.
