No BS from me, today was by far the best large group ride I have ever been on. Not to mention I was leading I hope you all had as good of a time as I did. No drama, no leo's (although I didn't think the spit and shine DPS officer was ever going to leave the Shell:laughing6 ), no accidents, only 2 squidly moves on the ride (both by me ), it indeed was a great ride. I logged 242 miles from start to finish. Nice meeting you all (I'm not even going to try and remember all of your names).

Hey Jimmy,
was the ride "spirited" enough?

Sweet ride. I'm definately in for the next one. By far the best large group ride I have been on.
Nice, spirited pace by the way.

Thanks yall. It was an awesome day. I loved the pace (my small Suzuki Bandit maybe not so much, which means that definitely I need an upgrade).

It sucked to have to leave early. Hope to ride again with the group soon.

Just like you said....I knew riding abilities of about 2 people out of 13 that showed up today. After staying in staggered formation the entire time on 290 w/out anyone acting a fool I knew it was gonna be good day. Sure enough everyone rode within their limits. I tend to do my fastest riding when I ride with a much smaller group and people that I have ridden with more times than I can remember

I'm just now getting home from the ride.....Man does my hurt. After I broke off I went to Patricks and then to a friends and now I'm home. I clocked about 325 miles today.

D, thanks for the leading, it was a great ride, and it was cool that everyone "shifted" places with everyone throughout the ride (riders in front, went to the back, riders in the back went to the front..etc.....well except for you since you were leading.

It was great meeting youz guyz and hoped to ride with everyone some more.

Jimmy, glad you got home ok.

And I would like to see the pic of that crazy squid also. He was cool!!!

I will post up the few crappy pics that I took tomorrow while i'm at work.

Thanks. You were right on. I just checked my chain and it is really loose.
I hear ya. Too much work in the US of A, little time for the important stuff. Yesterday was my 2nd ride since I moved to Texas in late June.
