Interview this morning..

I gotta post something, because I'm nervous and no one is online or around for me to talk to. It helps me to calm my nerves if I talk about something, so please don't mind my rambling. :BangHead:

I have an interview @ 10:30 this morning for a different position within the company that I work for dealing with high-end corporate accounts. We're talking accounts like Dell, Northrup-Grumman, Tenneessee River Valley Authority..thinks like that. Minimum subs assigned to a person is approximately 10,000. It would be right up my alley and I've been wanting to get into this department since I started. I finally have an interview, thanks to knowing people in that department.

I'm so nervous, and I usually don't get nervous about stuff like this, but this is something that I really want. In fact, my supervisor just called me to wish me luck and to say she was thinking about me and that I'm a shoe-in for this position.

I just hope she's right.

Everyone pray for me please.

Just try to stay calm and positive. I mean, c'mon girl, YOU RIDE A BIKE! Do you know how many people wish they knew how to ride but don't cause they're scared? Yet you have the (you know what I mean) to hop on and learn. If you can do that, then you can get through this. Just think of naked people which fill the room. Everything should fall into place. Let us know how it goes. GOOD LUCK!!!

Go in confident. If you're nervous they'll notice that.

I usually go into interviews with this in mind: 'Even if you don't get the position something else will come along that's even better'.

nope - but they are based here in Temple. It's within Nextel.

Good news - the sup that interviewed me told me that he was very impressed with my credentials as well as with my interview and even asked me when I could start - I replied "when do you need me?!" trying to curb my enthusiasm, I was so excited/happy that I almost started to cry. I would ASSUME that if he wasn't interested in me, he would not have said those thing..then again, you know what happens when you assume...

While nothing is official as of yet...things are looking good, but still keep your fingers crossed.

Thanks for all the well-wishes!
