There's a website through the state which lists all approved dd places. RideSmart is one.

Sounds more like a stress reliever if you ride on the track for defensive driving. Noice!

They can't tel you where to take it. As long as it's approved and certified.

Can a motorcycle safety course be used for ticket dismissal?
Yes, you may take any Department-approved course listed on our website under Training Locations with prior court approval.

The law states that a judge may require you to successfully complete a driving safety course approved by the Texas Education Agency or a course under the motorcycle operator training and safety program approved by the designated state agency under Chapter 662, Transportation Code.

Texas Transportation Code
Select "Texas Statues" then "Code of Criminal Procedure"
45.0511 (Chapter 45 Justice and Municipal Courts, Article 45.0511 Driving Safety or Motorcycle Operator Course Dismissal Procedures)

Make sure you notify the school ahead of time that you will be taking the track day to dismiss a ticket. Has to be level 1, maybe level 2 where there are approved instructors. They'll make sure you bring something back to court or mail. In RideSmart's case email Randy. Good luck
