I am glad they dealt with it. The staff at 2 Wheel Toyz has always been respectful, helpful and went out of their way to ensure business down the road from me. Sorry to hear of the initial heartache but it seems out of character for that business.

I would. I warned a company that were gonna get blasted all over the Internet if they didn't make it right. More than once actually.

Smart business decision to fix the issue! I complained about a service department on here and literally within 30 minutes the problem was resolved. The pen really is mightier than the sword. Keyboard in this case.

Great that they made good. Unfortunate that the other thread was deleted. What happened was still a very poor example of customer service by the staff. Making good to fix the wheel doesn't erase the rudeness and complete lack ownership of the problem originally.

Mancuso does a bike walk around with you to detail the "before" condition of your bike. They showed me a scratch on my bike that I did not notice prior to them doing any work on the bike. I think this is a good practice.

They will also not show you any new scratches on your bike they have made lol!

My buddies bike was there for 3 months because of someone dropping it.
