Two Wheel Toyz v.2

As some of you know I had a rim damaged at 2 Wheel Toyz. I'd like to say the issue has been resolved and I'm very pleased with the outcome. Without going in a buch of detail I can honestly say I don't think he had any idea of the situation and was off thatbit was handled the way it was. I'm really glad we could come to an agreement and I want to thank Jack for stepping up and making this right in more than a resonable manner.

Thanks for all the texts and pm's. You are the best I don't care what anybody says.

I was wondering how this situation ended, the thread got deleted before I could read all three pages but the rims were boogered from what I saw in the pictures. Glad that they made it right.

Glad they worked it out for you. It's the right thing to do, especially for a small shop that gets much of it's advertising from word of mouth.

A few scuffs is NOT normal, or shouldn't be...
Three of us, unskilled in the ways of tire changing, used a portable machine in the parking lot of a hotel in Arkansas.
We changed the tire on a black Marchisini mag and did not make a visible mark anywhere.
A person that is charging you money should be able to do the same or be willing to make it right.

That's what Patrick at Motorcycles Unlimited did for me, as well as other ways they have treated me better than I had a right to expect and that's why I will drive 45 minutes across town to let them work on my stuff.
