FYI you can download a service manual over on 1000rr.net and find out how to R&R the fuel tank, jumper the fuel pump, make sure the fuel relays are working properly, test your fuel pressure at the rail, and listen for stuck/noisy injectors

If you're going to let a bike sit, let it sit with a full tank. The less fuel, the more space for air and moisture to accumulate which degrades the gas that's in the tank.

Washing a CBR with a hose or letting it sit in the rain should never cause an issue for a bike in good condition.

Ive been told both ways. SOme say not to because the fuel will go bad and you have to pump it out or the bike may act up, and some say do it like you lol. Guess ill try a full tank next time

Oxygen and moisture degrades gasoline. The less air (which contains water molecules) you have in your tank, the better. The tank can suffer from oxidation if it's empty as well.

Tip the bike up-side-down and shake out any bad fuel or dirt, just like you do with your computer keyboard.

update: siphoned as much gas as I could( this is a to do) and put exxon 93 fuel, injector cleaner and octane boost... I unplugged battery, unhooked PC3 and wiggled it( dont think this did anything) I plugged everything back up tried to start it and nothing. I moved the bike from side to side and front to back, holding the brakes, then I cranked it. It started but sounded bad.... I left it running for a few minutes and the idle stabilazed. I let it warm up to 180 and I took it for a ride down my street. Sounds and feels 100% better.

Only issue Im having now is that when I shut it off and crank it back up, it idles low, @ 900-1000 rpms for about 5 seconds then it jumps to @ 1,500 which sounds good.

I have a spare fuel cell and fuel pump if yours is the reason for this. Just remove your tank and pour out the gas and try it all over again. Just got to emliminate the easy stuff first
