OSP Trooper Who Crashed Into Motorcycle Loses License for 6 Months
XENIA -- An Ohio State Highway Patrol trooper was sentenced Monday morning after he reportedly crashed into a motorcycle on eastbound US 35.

Trooper Jacob Daymon, 30, was fined $150 and a six-month suspension on his driver's license for a traffic charge of "assured clear distance."

OSP Staff Lt. Anne R. Ralston said Daymon will be placed into administrative duty status, but said it was still too early to determine what job duties that entails. Ralston said Daymon asked the court for occupational driving privileges but the court has not yet ruled on that request.
Tad more than a $150 fine

Does that mean everyone else who involved in accidents should loose their job too?

What's going on with people's common sense these days.

If you hit someone performing a duty required of your job (forklift operator, rig driver, etc.), then yes.
