i want one of these.....but not for $335

seems like a great idea, waterproof...and a quick dust cover that doesnt touch any hot parts, so no melting.......but at $335, would it be worth it?

my gf's dad is a civil engineer.....i think that it would be a pretty nice project for me and him to try and put together eh???

looks pretty easy to fab. i could probably ghetto rig one from parts at home depot.

but yeah, this is definitely better than the cloth/nylon type covers. i replaced my cover twice cause i burned it after not wanting to wait 10-15 min for the exhaust to cool.

good to see you back on 2 wheels bro....

looks like a waste of money. i'm pretty sure you could fab somethin like that up easily. but if it's raining pretty hard, and the wind starts to pick up.....say bye bye to the cover. i think i'd rather say bye to a cheap cover i made myself.

but since you need a cover, i'm guessing you don't have a garage to put your bike in. please don't make a post of "my bike got stolen"....or "bike stolen again"....hook that baby up with a lojack and theft coverage. so either way, you get paid.

nah...got my storage area for the bike....its not in a parking lot....its in my house!

and when not in my house...its in my private fenced patio, with a double padlocked door, disc lock, 2 monster chain locks wrapped around the thick metal support beams of my balcony

if weather is not too crappy.....and I actually get friday off....then ill try and post up a ride.

nothing fast guys, just a cruise around town. i'm not a big fan of getting pulled over...plus cops often pull over groups of bikes for the of it...so we dont need to give them any more firepower
