You can send the demand letter today. That will at least show them you are serious.

I won in small claims court against a real lawer. I'm just a Geologist.
Yah but you did stay at that Holiday Inn Express that one time...

Doesnt matter, he pays extra for the garage. Dosnt mean he should have to use it to park. No one else pays to park in the lot.

i live with Thayleal. This place sucks badger nuts.

I mean come on, there's nothing wrong with having 10 bikes, tires and a ton of tools between two garages.

we even had an SV in the living room for a bit. Then an R6 spent the night once.

Same here. I rent a garage at my place and back my truck in and fit the bike in horizontally in front of it so I can get it in and out. Its a little bit of a pain, but it works well enough and now I get cover and protection for both my vehicles.

Is this an option?

I have a gsxr 750, r6, kawi stunt bike, ninja 250, xr100, ttr90, and yamaha 50.

thayleal has two ninja 250's, sv650, and a crf150

all the bikes will barely fit in one garage. no chance for any configuration involving a vehicle in each garage. additionally i have a jetta (daily) and thayleal has a mazda (daily) but i also have a dodge longbed dually....

ON the same lease? No wonder they want your out or to pay for a parking permit (or none if you have a garage)....you've got enough inventory to start a used car lot. Probably 2-1BR leases too. Probably a parking requirement of 1.33 or 1.66 spaces per 1 BR unit and you guys have quadrupled that. lol

Yeah that would be doable... but lease doesn't end until February. Incidentally, I am looking for a roommate to go half on a house in that time frame. Some flexibility on location.
