Would Anyone Get A Discount?

If you had your riding habits monitored by a device like Progressive's Snapshot, would you be eligible for a discount on your insurance?

If the rates were inversely proportional to speeds travelled... Maybe..

Not sure if they just monitor you for a limited time, but I thought about signing up back in June. I would've logged as the safest rider ever! Bikes stayed parked in the garage and I rode a grand total of 2 times since 4th of July weekend.

Define "safe" as that is a relative term to traffic density, traffic speed, rider experience, and road conditions,

rider experience may make you safer under the same conditions as compared to someone with less experience under those same conditions.. .but there are plenty of guys on this very forum who have experience and do not ride what insurance companies would consider to be "safe". With the things that their GPS monitoring system records, I would be safe when on my harley.
Occasionaly on the cbr they might get unhappy.

those things are insane. I borrowed a member's truck one day. i knew she had the progressive snapshot, so i drove like an old Asian lady. She texted me, saying I had something like 5 emergency stops, and 3 hard accelerations. I couldnt drive slower!

I have been tempted to put one in the SRT, just to see how bad it comes out. Maybe in October for Lone Star Mopar fest.

I'll be running the drag strip AND autocross that weekend. I'm sure they will love me!

Looks like a Salvadorean drove it. I think the handicapped plates are for phone book booster seat, and blocks on the pedals.

Does it have a "black box" or a diagnostic port?
