No, what looks like happened here is an inexperienced motard rider. He was sitting down as he hit that ramp up.

If he were standing on the pegs, and gave it a little gas as he went off of it, the front end would have came up and he would have landed on the rear tire first.

I've road dirt bikes for over 10 years now and still do, im positive this is why he flipped and crashed.
