lol, I see you are on TWT. I am not scared. He is a very good honest guy though so I have no doubt it was an issue for him.

Big dirt bike (sold)
2003 Honda Sabre (sold)

Those look like Avon Distanzias. Great freaking tires. Ran them on my Vee until I did the wheel conversion. They are much better than the Bridgestones or Metzler Tourance in terms of grip.

Nice bike. I saw the PO's heat problem thread too. I figured it couldn't be that bad. I'd like to get an 800XC as well and that's my favorite color.

Odly enough I was getting buffeted on my ride back from Crawford. I raised the seat to the 1" higher setting Saturday morning and it was much better. Got my chin up in to the clean air.

Never did understand why the PO was so bothered by it. But sure made for a great deal for you. Congrats!

I'm normally not a big fan of matt finishes, but that Green is fantastic looking. Same as on the Steve McQueen Bonnie, if I am not mistaken.

Speaking of green... I am green with envy on the gear indicator. THe S3R has everything I wanted... except for a gear indicator.
