1991 Suzuki VX800 --- HELP!

I have acquired this bike recently with it "not running". I connected everything back up (coolant system, tank, etc.) and have it running. My problem is fuel lines. I have the normal petcock/hose running from it, but on the passenger rear side of the tank, I have two outlet/inlets and gas coming out of it like crazy while running. The manual shows these two outlets with hoses coming off of them, but with no destination. This bike is in great condition minus paint on tank, and would be a great driver IF I/someone can figure out my problem.... don't have much money, but willing to do what I can if someone can help...thanks!

Went there and go figure, all the schematics shows is the pet , not the other side of the tank....im guessing one goes to canister? and one is a vent????
