They just walk out with the "you better not hit me" attitude. Those dumbasses are waiting for people to accidentally hit the gas instead of the brake. I wouldn't bet my life on it.
The bike was known?! That is one big assumption. The reverse angle towards the end of the vid shows the bike coming at an angle, possibly from another lane and/or behind other vehicles. Can't really tell. By the same token, there is no way to see from the vid if the bike was actually visible from the pedestrians' POV when they first start crossing. Enlighten me if I'm wrong.

BTW, does every driver in Russia have a dash cam ON all the time? What are the odds that two cars from opposing ends of this thing both had cams rolling?

See the end. No car was on the left lane. Base on the frames, the rider was going about 30 MPH. No brakes were applied during impact. Chances are not at all since he was drunk. That means rider was about 160 feet away when they started to cross the road. Reaction from the parent was at around 40 feet away. Even if the red car blocked the rider, does mean you should cross without a clear view of the road with the baby going first?
:-) How do you know his brake lights work?

You shouldn't even be in Russia because it's subject to meteor strikes.

You shouldn't have children in your car in Houston because of all the idiots looking at their smart phone screens instead of their windscreens while driving

What about the first pedestrian that crossed before the parent?

That calls for the operation of the minds of the pedestrians which you don't have, but don't let that stop you

Do you know how to list bikes you own in your MH profile?

btw scrub 'Binoculars, field glasses or binocular telescopes are a pair of identical or mirror-symmetrical telescopes mounted side-by-side and aligned to point accurately in the same direction, allowing the viewer to use both eyes (binocular vision) when viewing distant objects'... do you understand what the above item is used for?

I'll repeat you do NOT KNOW the speed the bike was traveling, you don't know what lane he was in during the whole recording, you don't know what the noise level was in the area, or what condition the bike or rider was in.

YOU presume he was going a set speed and that he did not brake or attempt to brake. There's no adequate evidence to provide/address any of that. The window of view is not long enough to make an accurate assessment.

"Base on the frames, the rider was going about 30 MPH" uh huh, what was the original recording speed?\

Quote:
That means rider was about 160 feet away when they started to cross the road. Reaction from the parent was at around 40 feet away.
So rider is moving 44 fps, and the parent reacts @ 40 feet? You talk about the parent being unaware/stupid then say they 'react' when the bike is 40' feet away?

I guess you would know more about Russian traffic than the pedestrians that grew up there

Are they fire proof Mr. Smartypants? Strollers get hit by motorcycles every day

Rider ran the red light... but at the same time You dont cross the road with the baby still in the stroller, You should get him off, carry the baby and push the stroller empty......for that same reason. I think is a game of who's more of an idiot.

If I'm in a cage, run a red light that's been on for 30 seconds and t-bone your while you're riding, then you're stupid for not seeing me and being on a bike
