Thumbs up What do you do with a bad day?

How do you handle a bad day? (we all know we just ride a bad day off) What I mean is, how do you ride?

Some days I'll ride aggressively, and some days I'll just go to the middle of nowhere wasting a full tank of gas. After all is done, I feel better, refreshed, relaxed, and in a better mood with a more clear mind of thinking.

People who don't ride will never full understand how a two wheeled toy can be such a stress reliever.

Cheaper than beer or pot. And never runs out in the middle of the night.

depends on what you mean by bad day.
If you just need a lift, a ride is good.
If you are angry, stay off the bike.

+1
Bad happens on a bike when you are .

Now if you are referring to being bummed out, then riding definitely lifts the mood and clears the head.

I know that I should not ride when im upset/angry at something/someone. I will just be thinking about what happened and not be paying as much attenition as I should to the road.

I used to take out anger on the mx track. I would pull my best lap times. If I was , I would push it harder and just feel no fear. The fact that I was pushing it hard made me focus more, thus forgetting what was me off in the first place.

I need a track in my back yard. Lol.

If you're so or angry you do stupid while riding you need to as said, grow a pair, grow up, or seek emotional counseling. Obviously your E.Q. is not as high as your I.Q. .

The beauty of cigars for you guys that don't know or understand is that smoking a cigar is a slow and relaxed process, much like meditation or working zen. If you force it, it will hurt you. If you give in and roll with the smoke, you become one with the universe. Much like watching water or dancing with a beautiful woman.
