I stopped working out cause i got unmotivated. Plus i hated people wanting to go with me and help them work out which fed up my whole work out.

We own a gym and I've been having a hard time making time to workout regularly. I work a regular full time job and the gym is a 2nd job for me.

Just hired a new employee so now we have 2 guys (and 1 girl plus my wife) that work for us that are both workout NUTS so maybe they can motivate me to get my in the gym regularly. :eh:

The bike didn't stop me from going to the gym it was just my laziness and the fact that the membership got cancelled.

I did the same thing. I bought a bike and every evening when it was time to workout, I wanted to ride instead so I skipped the gym and went riding. My excuse was "hey, riding is physical." Well my thickening gut doesn't seem to agree.
