I looked at 3 different weather models while at work lastnight. All 3 were in agreement that a Low Pressure is going to develop in Nw Texas. This low pressure is called a Texas Hooker-true story. thing about this type of low pressure is that it under goes cyclogenesis in the Pan Handle which means it sits for 2-3 days before it gets carried away by the Polar Front Jet(jet stream). This is a huge rain producer since it sits there for a couple of days drawing in all this moisture from the gulf.

Cliffs notes: We are fooked!

Id like to reschedule for Dec 12-15th

Well, based on my experience, if the weatherman says it will rain....

we will have clear blue skies...

Sorry...too easy.

I've got work and family stuff going on every weekend in December. Doh! I was considering just driving to New Orleans on Thursday to hit up the NOLA Motorsports Park kart track on Friday and Saturday but it's going to be raining there too.

So I got a hold of almost everyone to let them know we MIGHT reschedule to Dec 12-15th......

Its not looking to promising, unfortunately Brandon you might be the only one who can't make it...dude you gotta try and see if you can possibly swing it.....

I have till 1200 Tomorrow (19 November) to reschedule without incurring any kind of fees. I will post up tomorrow on what happens....

Weather isnt going to cooperate.....Going to call and post pone it till 12 December. Hopefully we get some cool dry weather this time around

Looked at my weather models, did my thing at deciphering which one is the most accurate. The front pushes through Friday around 1000, which will bring a lot of rain mostly all day friday. This winds switch to the north at that time which will be really gusty up to 20MPH. Saturday there is still some chances of rain but the winds will be a huge issue too....Winds will be gusting all night Friday and into Saturday with the speed increasing to 25MPH and it will be significantly colder.......

This sucks the big one.....

I can go. I did have a friend's engagement party to attend that weekend but I'm going to skip it. If they want to screw their life up I shouldn't be dragged down with them.

Wow, you are a true friend. That guy is lucky to have you. You did your part, if he chooses to move forward in this life wrecking endeavor you should not feel the least bit guilty.

If my wife is reading this she is the exception to the rule and I love her very much.

If she is not reading this.............

Wasn't that good of a friend. More like one of Jaime's friends therefore have to pretend they are my friends too, but missing a hill country adventure is where I draw the line.

I'm glad you got your priorities straight. You may not get laid for a while because of it but that is what Adam is for. He doesn't wax his for nothing. I don't mind sharing my little tacovilla once in a while.

FYI 336 sucks and the end of 335 close to 41 is horrible too. Watch out for cops on 337 heading into Camp Wood.
