yeah, good races, too bad for Troy Bayliss. He will come back, he could have taken both wins but oh well.

Biaggi in the second race....WTF? Opened the door, rolled out the red carpet. The number #3 is I think a bit of foreshadowing. Good race, would it have been different with Toesland? And Ducatti fouth in WSBK is a shocker as well.......

both races were incredible but I was wondering if the MotoGP was shown on the SPEED channel and I just missed it. I was sleeping off a hangover.

He ran wide several times but managed to recover. Then blew it big time in the last 2 sec. of the race. Good stuff.

What was so incredible about the first one? I thought it was boring...

Good stuff....as in he blew it? You wouldn't be hatin' on 'ol Max would ya Rick? Amazing the attitude change he's made. Nothing but positive words from Maxi-pad in the post race interviews these days. Almost makes him likeable.......almost. But give him props for the consistency of each race. Guy knows how to save a tire for the last few laps to give it a good go for the front no matter where he's been. OK.....:BangHead: ....he's my favorite in WSBK. There I said it. Somehow an Italian (Roman no less) on a Suzuki seems like a truly worldly entry in the series. I'd hope all the GP experience would allow him to win the title the first year, but Toesland and a few others might have something else in mind.

Nope, no hatin' on any racer. Love the fairing to fairing, door to door, wheel to wheel, fist to fist (got carried away) make a slip, someone is there to take it competition racing. I personally don't carry favorites so much as loving the competition. Some I would rather win. Definitly not the same guy all the time.

from Superbikeplanet.com:

quote:Update: Reportedly, Frankie Chili saw Bayliss in the Clinica Mobile post-crash and Bayliss was requesting that his finger be removed so he could race the second race but Dr. Costa's men did not allow it.

thats a crazy Racer

Yes, Max has ALOT better attitude ....could it be because he's riding for Suzuki? I could'nt stand him in the prior years....lil too flashy and too cocky. But now...he is almost likable....ALMOST!....He did roll over and gave up the NOOKIE on the second race...but over all what a race.
