Where is Brindley trail? Your right about Hershey ( Ant Hills), it does make you pay for mistakes, I've got the facial scars to prove it.

I think mountain bike riding is a perfect workout like Trey and Ryan mentioned. It is a low impact way to recover from a wreck and enjoy your workout while in the riding position. This can be considered just a workout to many, but to someone like me who has had many major injuries (dislocated hip, broken both knees, ACL damages, broken throttle hand, separated both shoulders, two broken discs in my back, ect.....) this is the best way for me to regain most of my abilities back. Peter Shaddock and John Rangel got me back into off road mountain biking and critical mass I thank them for that! It truly has made it possible to get back to the starting grid and compete with my friends, plus if you get a group of buddies together to go ride the trails it really can be a lot of fun.
Motorcycle racing is a sport, and you should be conditioned if possible, before you try and compete against the top riders of any organization. The more in control of your body (coordination, balance, and strength) the more control you have of the bike you are riding, be it a mountain bike or ninja 250-1000.
Anyone wanting to ride with us just text or pm myself, Trey , Ryan, John, Armondo, and let us know, better yet come out to the track and ask us in person

Dang.. They! This thread should be where we set up MTN biking. We should just set up a meet spot and say its that day. People will start to come. Lets have one in the AM and evening every other week.

Tues am one week- the next week it'll be tue PM... Or do both for people that have to go in the morning and those who have to do the evening.

Take the wheels off and it'll fit right in the back seat easily
