New to motohouston

Hi everyone, my name is Sergio. My co-worker recommend this site to meet new riding friends. Just bought my bike four months with it, but have been riding for over four years. Hope to make new friends. Would like to learn more in how to ride my 2013 Kawasaki zx6. Any tips are appreciated.

Welcome to MH. There are lots of opportunities from group rides to track days to meet new people and hone your skills.

Umayr mentioned Ridesmart but events are held all over Texas by Fastline ( Smaller Grids, Great Instructors, Enertainment provided by the BRAWP Crew and their big black... bus) , Lone Star Track Days ( These guys are kinda cool if you can make them because its during race practice for CMRA so you can watch and learn) , Track Tactics ( Ty Howard instructs here... He holds many track records in the CMRA) Whoopie's Cycles (Alan is fast and provides excellent instruction. I haven't made it out there personally but if you like to ride Dunlops he is the Dunlop distributor.) , new comers Extreme Motorsports ( No instruction just track time). Not to mention organizations like TMGP if you like to bang handle bars on go kart tracks.

If you keep an eye on the events section there are always rides and usually CMRA race events are posted to go spectate.

Again Welcome!

If I can't eat it, race it or sleep with it then whats the point?

Motorcycles are like women... once you ride one... you wanna ride em all.
