Parking at Intercontinental Airport

I've noticed a motorcycle parking area in Terminal B. Does anyone here park there? What does it take to be able to use it? I don't think it is open to the public, or is it?

I work at IAH for "the airline" and called those in charge of parking at IAH, got to speak to the general manager, this is "contract parking" and if you are an airport employee you can park there...it is NOT public parking and they will issue a citation / tow your bike. I only do it ocassionally as I travel for days at a time, he said that I did not need to apply for a permit since I only do it ocassionally and took down my employee and bike info (brand, model, color, plate number) and told me to call him if I ever got a ticket. He did make it clear though that it is for employees only....

Thanks guys. I'll call this week to see what they say. I am a pilot, but my company is not based in Houston.

The trick at IAH is to park next to the down ramp on the bottom floor in the employee parking area. Grab a ticket like everyone else and then ride between the barriers to get there. The employee parking gate has a gap that you can maneuver your bike around to exit.
