I think bikes should get a discount on tolls. 2 axles? we should get 1/2 price. I would ride more.

You won't get charged on the 45 HOV, even during toll hours. The cops might give you a dirty look, though.

I registered my car but never got a tag. I just get charged as normal.

It appears I don't get charged going through the TOLL ONLY hov booth

When i rode the Sam Houston Tollway I have a tag but just ride the center line. Magnets won't detect you and I've never been charged. Even saw a cop bike do it.
