There is some dumb responses in here. People willing to catch assault charges and people calling cops to give someone a talking to.

Just tell him that it's not cool to do that because if something goes wrong he WILL be stuck paying for some very expensive motorcycle parts. Done and done..

It's a good question that deserves a real answer... in desks, lol.

Honestly, I'd tell him he obviously doesn't understand that sitting on someone's bike is a fighting offense in the biker world, but he gets a pass once because he works with you. But the next time he's going to get yanked off the bike.

If it was someone I didn't know, I believe I'd be right in their face. It's akin to finding someone sitting in your car.

sometimes people do the " Ive been riding all my life, it's all good, I promise I won't drop it" speech, of the " it's cool man, My bad " , then just do it again. Often times you gotta get a little creative. loosen up the blinker, and when you know he's sat on it, let it hang off, then let everyone know someone was on your bike and they broke the blinker, if you can get him to claim it, just be like it's all good man, things happen, but that's why I don't like people sitting on my bike. If he think he broke it, he may never do it again.

I had a former co-worker that tried to get his big on my bike. Luckily I caught him in the process. I simply told him to get away from my bike and that he better never try it again. His response was "why, whatch you gonna do about it?" I told him I would hold him financially responsible for all damage incurred should he cause any (after giving roundabout estimates for a Duc), then I reported him to building security and HR for trespassing on my private property, he was written up by HR. He never touched it again and security kept a close eye on her for me aftetwards :-)

Sometimes straight shooting is the way to go. Trust me, I would have loved nothing more to tell him I'd beat his ignorant if I caught him near it again. But I had to be somewhat diplomatic since it was my place of employment. Anywhere else, I would have gone evil on his .

Nah, you have to in their stapler or hole punch. That rubber bottom holds just enough and wont be an obvious smell until they pick it up and dump it on themselves. Usually gives you a few days alibi.

I know this course of action seems sudden and difficult given the number of steps involved, but it is effective. Tune in next week for tips on how to retrieve a stapler that a coworker has borrowed and failed to return.
I know. I know!!!!

I was working a sidejob in uniform with a couple other guys when this knucklehead sits on my bike parked outside. Coworker noticed and goes, " Jesse that guy is sitting on your bike!" He was posing on it while his friend was snapping a picture with this phone

I guess being in more shock than anything else, I didn't give him the chewing he deserved, but I belittled him.

Somewhere on Facebook, I'm sure this guy has a picture of himself on my bike with some snarky comment about off a cop.

For about a few months I kept finding coins on my seat.

WFT someone is putting pennies and dimes on my seat. WTF does that mean.

Is someone sitting on my bike?

then I figured out I had a hole in my backpack
