NEW TO ME RC!

always always always loved this bike and i was able to scoop one up today its a 2002 model

lsbl

riding home from picking it up in atascocita the thing pulls hard as in every gear. i probably scared the previous owner while test riding it because i went around the corner on the test ride and when stopping at a stop sign i forgot how much v-twins engine brake. oing up to the stop sign all you hear istire screetching

one thing i love is how refined but unrefined the bike is it reminds me a old school two stroke gp bike or something that doesn't look like a cutting edge new sportbike but will still spit you sky high if you disrespect her.

grinning ear to ear when i rev and hear those two slugs firing off

Two things...

If you have stock gearing, drop one in the front or two in the rear but don't do both.

Don't put an aluminum sprocket on it. Rc's like to eat them for lunch.

Actually, that color was an 05 color. One of my favorite color schemes.

I don't think they offered that scheme in 02.

I could be wrong...

Nice. Easiest bike to stand on the rear wheel I've ever ridden. Get on it in 2nd and idly wonder if the front wheel is in the air, let off a bit and *bonk* yup, she was up there.

Also probably the easiest bike to knock off chicken strips I've ever ridden. I don't know why but they just love to lean.

Nice bike. I have always wanted one. Got close to buying, but in the end, I do not fit on that bike.

It melted my boots.
