You aren't kidding. When I got to 2:02's I thought it would be cake to get under two.

Took me a liter bike (which actually slowed me down for a while) and a few years to do it.

Finally ran a 1.56.5 at the last event.

Rule of thumb is 10 sec off your TWS (Texas World Speedway) time is about your MSRH time. Close anyway. If you want to secret to MSRH, take a Whoopie day, dude is freaky fast there.

Or, get with 1FC.

yeah i got these dates right here. Might do it if money is good

also on the next couple Ride Smart days at msrh i know theres a few things i can work on easy stuff, and then once im good with that i'll see if i can have a instructor or ask someone fast to follow me and see if they can point out other stuff to work on. but i think itd be too soon to do a whoops right now but after a couple days at msrh then i could benefit more from his expertise

Crazy. My best friend did a 1:54.9 last time out on an '08 gixxer 600 with 15/45 and a few hundred rpms to spare.

I seem to be disproportionately good in T1...haha. I can be similarly paced to someone in a lot of corners, but make up a lot of ground in that area. Maybe that has something to do with it? I don't know.

check out this split window viewing.

Here's another video from that weekend. I'm playing with some new software that I purchased. The top is from JimRad and the bottom vid is from the cam on my helmet. The engine sounds are coming from Jimmy and the loose gopro rattling is from me. This was my first full session back on track after my crash and a yr and 3 months before.

If I'd had the smartphone app datalogging I could have overlayed the telemetry onscreen, but since I had only decided to go about 12 hours before I didn't have all my stuffing together.
