Talking Do y'all have?

A girlfriend/wife that rides? Are you afraid of what could happen to her if something happens?I've heard many people say that if you love her, you'll keep her as a passenger, but my girl wants a bike and has riding experience. I trust her, just would feel like it is my fault if she crashes. She was influenced to want a bike because of me lol.

Wink ....

My girl loves to ride and thoroughly makes an effort to enjoy herself to the fullest when she's on... I would never take that joy away from her....

She likes to ride motorcycles too....

Was referring to the fem getting used to riding around traffic, not you

I'd rather see them on their own bike, although who doesn't love in the back. Usually the passenger gets hurt worse in a wreck because they get sling shotted off with more force than the rider. Usually resulting in more neck and head injuries than the rider.

I've seen some excellent female riders who are better than their bfs. The chick who bought my Blast hopped right on in a mini skirt and flip flops and started scraping pegs in the parking lot while her bf could barely turn in a circle, doing one of those tick tock tick tock little jerky handle bar motions... I gave her immediate props.

Two motorcycles riding together are more visible to cagers than one motorcycle. Even if she is riding her own bike, you are safer riding together. That's what I think about when riding with my wife.

I'm not comfortable with my girlfriend riding on the back of my bike. I don't want to be held accountable for anything that happens to her should she ride and I drop.

Not to mention, her legs are too long to sit on the back comfortably.

She has been planning to take the MSF course though, and is interested in the newer VMAX. Inspired by another girl on the road riding it.

If she wants to be in control put her in control.

Don't make her dependent on you.

Yes... I got my girl into riding.
She had always wanted to, but didn't know enough about it (learning or buying).
I helped her with both.

Yes, it would be horrible if something happened. I stress being careful, and hope she makes the right decisions.

Stop her from riding because I like her too much and something might happen? Almost everyone is liked by someone who doesn't like them riding.... should we all stop? My brother got me into it.... he sure as doesn't want me injured... but he's not gonna stop me either.

My wife has been riding for almost 10 years . I worry for her but there would be no guilt or blame for something we both understand the danger of and we wouldn't ask the other to give up what we love .
