Have a meter. That's actually what I do at work. Wiring.lol.

So the three wires going to my fuel pump is what I would check for voltage?

i think you guys are over thinking this. it sounds like a very weak battery. if it's the original, it is very likely weak and time to change it. test the battery, both at rest and under starting load to see if it is within spec. it's always the simple things that we tend to overlook.

I would check your manual on the lap top. Should be there.

my particular bike ( kawasaki ZRX) is notorious for having enough juice to crank the engine but not enough to trigger the ignition, when the battery goes south. it's just too easy to check, to not.
step 1, before moving on to the more complicated. trust me, i'm old.........LOL

Well it again started a few times one time a bit longer than the others.

But it'll run for a few secs than like something looses continuity with whatever deals with the fuel injection.

Whats the battery voltage? +1 for maybe a battery issue...could have a dead cell.

Read the battery voltage while the bike is off
Read the voltage drop when u try to crank the bike

It shouldnt drop more than a couple of volts...if it drops below 10 its not enough power to crank the motor and supply power to the ECU/injectors/ spark plugs...

Nah. I'll check it next. Had jumpers on at one point for awhile while trying to start. Seems like when I wiggled this relay near the battery some time it will start for only a few seconds. But I willl put my meter on it to see.
