i'm having trouble with my avatar... cant seem to get it work.. keeps saying to big when its not...

also,
how do we reply to a quote with the quote in the reply

avatar is 120x120? Just curious where its telling you what the size limitation was, as that text stating the size limit was temporarily off (until a few minutes ago).
