ContiSports Tires

Anyone have any experience with these Conti Sport Attack tires? I was reading on ZX10R.net and most people who have used them are very pleased.

Most of my riding is highway. Mostly 15mi each way to work on the freeway and also back and forth between San Marcos and Houston... But I also ride hard on the weekends and want something that will stick in the corners. What do yall think?

They're o.k. but I've heard the traction drops off with wear.
I'd recommend the Metzler Z6.
I've got a good friend with a ZX10 who is running an M3 front, Z6 rear combo.
He's getting close to 6000 miles from the rear commuting daily and doing aggressive street riding on the weekends with our group.

I've got a few customers who are running that combo with excellent results.

Another option that I'm getting ready to try personally is a Pilot Road rear and Pilot Power front on my Duc S4R.

I have several customers who swear by them. Never tried them myself.

I ran Conti Road Attacks on my RC when I did a few long trips and had good results. I think I got 6K-7K out of the rear...

The sport attacks are supposed to be more like Pilot sports/Dunlop Qualifiers/Bridgestone BT014/etc...

+1

After some wear mine started to lose traction. Went with the Metzler after that.
