My sisters 6R

she just bought this 98' 6R from (eximport) speedo shows only 1100 miles which i dont believe but she wanted it,, i adjusted the chain, and the front and rear suspension for her,, both were way out of adjustment.. it has a few scratches on both sides, missing the front right blinker, kinda run a little weird, i thought it needs work done to it,, it didnt feel very strong at all, but maybe its just me after climbing off an R1,, :dontknow:

Re: My sisters 6R

Great pics. James...!!!! right: right:

Bike seems to be in good condition but I'm suspicious about the used bikes at Ex-Imports, but if she's happy I guess is OK and that's the important thing.

Any pics of her old Firebolt...???

You know I am just gonna have to say something to ya James...........LOL

First off, your Sister looks much taller then you...lol

Secondly, your probably correct about the power, I rode Rodio's Gixxer 1k and when I climbed back on my R6 I was like ???? wtf?? I lose 2 carbs or something. ?

Thirdly, looks like your gonna do some more street riding now...if thats the case you know where I live I am always up for a ride. Give me enough notice and I may be able to get a group of girl riders so she wont feel so intimidated by riding with an all Male group.

my sister isnt as tall as me,, my whole family is vertically challenged.
not sure about the power thing,, maybe im just used to the power of the liter bike,, it sure felt weak though,
as far as the street ridin, i dont know how much i'll be doin,, not much though,, i sure like the track ridin, you should try it out larry,,

i'll go on a ride soon with you guys again..

i lowered it two inches on saturday for her so that she could comfortably hold it up with out tip toeing,,
now she is near flat footed on it... the only drawback is that the kickstand needs to be changed to a shorter one, b/c when its down it sits almost straight up
