+1 for Fresnel. It will cost nothing to get his advice.

He has a thread in the sponsor section.

Get a lawyer, the worst that can happen is you pay about the same amount as if you didn't get the lawyer. Only now you don't have to go to the court room, and it stays off you record.

I've done this 5-7 times.
I bet the lawyer like you when he puts it in deep.

This guy knows what he is talking about. They will toss the ticket when you don't show its not worth their trouble.

I know of a good looking 76 model for sale.

Total mustache ride.

May not be very powerful, but it looks good.

OK, OJ, since you seem to admit being guilty, just pay the ticket and move on - slowly.

Lawyer up. Should cost about $100 and a day in court. Trial by jury and it's a sit and wait numbers game. You SHOULD come out on top.

P.S. You are selling yourself short if you go in thinking I'll just take deferred or defensive driving. If you can afford the day off to go to court, you should do that. Get a lawyer and go. If not you are a sheeple who will pay just because. EXERCISE YOUR RIGHT.

Time is money........

And where do you find lawyers for $100? Every one of them that I've talked to wants more than that to answer the phone.

FYI, 91 in a 40 cost me $280...........$100 lawyer? & day off= $500.

But your insurance will go up as well and at that speed its going up pretty good.
So what ever the ticket was + 3 years of your insurance being increased will probably be more than that $500

Fresnel offers FREE consultation and charges much less than $100. You can PM him through the board or look at his contact information in the sponsors thread.
