Replacement turn signals. Need help.

Anyone have recommendations on turn signals that are more durable than OEM? I broke the rear left signal after forest ride. Figured I hit it. No big deal. Replaced it with OEM piece. Now after the west side meet I got home to see the right rear is broke! I have been VERY careful to ensure I didn't hit it. It was fine leaving the meet but broken when I got to my garage.

Anyone have advice on why this is happening or what I can replace it with? At this rate I'm about to just remove them all together. Spending more on turn signals than fuel at this point!

I would go with an integrated tail light. If you need help, let me know.

Stock indicators suck! 3 out of my 4 turns signals on the Triumph all broke. I guess a lot of people were having this problem as Triumph finally issued a recall. I replaced my front turn signals with the Rizoma Avio 21's and installed an integrated tail l ight in the back. Those Rizomas are tough as they survived a lowside at slow speed and are still ticking.

Sadly what's said is accurate. The Rizoma stuff is $$$ but pretty boss quality. You can always search online for an integrated tail but people have mixed feelings about them. Some say it isn't good visibility like an actual individual signal has, but serves the function and passes inspection (what's that lol). Some say it causes wiring issues or always burns out. Just be sure to check reviews and warranty. I've ran one myself for years and never had an issue.

You do have the option to replace your OEM ones with various aftermarket company ones ($25-40/ea.) but the concern there is that they may look "cheap" and that's the last thing you want to do to your new Dorsoduro.

I work in parts and I have a lot of people come into the shop and ask me for suggestions on aftermarket turn signals and it all depends on the bike and what you're going for. Some are different shapes (oval, circle, arrow), and have stems (long, short, none), colors (chrome plated, black, regular plastic) and different lighting (LED bulbs, different colors), etc. Keep doing a little research here and there and you may stumble upon other fellow owners tackling the same issue, but discovered a suitable resolve that's both cost efficient, safe, and aesthetically pleasing. Cheers.

Rizoma is the way to go on most Italian bikes but if you dont care about keeping a consistent look on your bike i have a pair of led turn signals you can have for free!

Hey Craig Hung is a nice guy and i dont think he is trying to make a buck over a pair of turn signals, he just adviced op to do a bit of research and find the best suitable solution for a replacement turn signal, he actually works at a Japanese bike shop so they dont carry anything for European bikes at all.

Ive had my Dorsoduro for almost 2 years now and have not broken any turn signals. Also Im pretty sure they dont make an integrated brake/turn for our bike. The tail light is to skinny.
If u go LED u will probably get a fault light in the dash as our bikes indicate when we have a bulb out....
Where do u live? I can drop by to take a looksee and see why they are breaking....

Thanks for the tips so far. I like the rizoma lights I've seen so far. Good to know they're quality (ESP for the price). As said I just want to stop breaking them!

I live over by minute maid.

The turn signals on my 650 were broken when I bought it. The rubber had deteriorated due to the previous owner keeping it outside for 2 years. I wen with these from Amazon. They bolt on and are extremely bright.
