glad to finally knock off the cobwebs...

literally... my boots and gear had webs and dust all over.

in the past year, i've only had the opportunity to ride 3 times. big change from the past when i was practically at the race track every weekend of the year. guess that's what happens when you get married and have kids. it's a nice trade off though, i truly enjoy the time spent with my wife/kids.

while still trying to get the shop/business situated and operating smoothly, i sometimes find a little bit of time to go out and ride. this past weekend i got to go out and ride at msrh. it was great seeing a bunch of you guys/gals out there.

i was definitely happy to be there and left very satisfied. thanks to Mr Whoopie for giving me the opportunity to chase him around, i was able to turn a 1:38 on my R6 (nothing feels better than a fresh set of dunlops ). Pretty much right back where I left off! My fastest lap out there was back in 2010 of a 1:37 on a 1000. there's plenty of room for improvement in the suspension department, so hopefully i'll be able to make the CMRA TWS (Texas World Speedway) round in a few weeks and get the bike better sorted out with the help of the suspension gurus. the last TWS (Texas World Speedway) round i got to race i was able to get a 6th place starting dead last in the expert class... hopefully the weather will be better and i get the opportunity to run closer up front again. See you guys at the track!!!

Not sure to be happy you're back on the bike, or depressed you ran sub 40's after not riding for a year.....

So basically.. I'm kinda a big deal.

That's almost a 1:51.
