Ridesmart MSRH How was it?

I know I had a blast all day! Finally got a full good day on MSRH. I know I'm glad I survived a pretty rough tank slaper! How was everyone else's day?

i had a lot of fun, i was crazy tired from the night before and heat didnt help but i still had a blast def couldnt go as fast as i wanted but still felt like i did better than before in a couple sessions. got a couple cool pics, and favorite part was hpc's barbeque. that lunch is amazing!

ive never had issues with a tank slapper on the back straight, weird. you have a dampner i guess? I would get a little head shake when accelerating towards the launch coming from sugar and spice but its always like that and i just accelerate through it

Aside from the brutal heat, I had a good day. Track was grippy, even early, and only got better during the day. A work in progress, but I felt like I improved some things. I finished at 230, bc the heat was taking its toll. I gave Kaitlin a break from TM'n the rest of the afternoon and let her get some seat time since I was done. Great to see everyone!

Glad your day didn't end with the alternative, Joe!

I had just had a longer conversation last weekend on what to do in a tank slapper (you give it gas)! It was happening so fast it took what felt like an eternity to get my wrist to cooperate and give it gas! But I definitely need a steering damper, if you have one of those you probably won't experience one like I did.

I had a great time! It was my first time at MSRH. The summer heat was brutal, stay hydrated out there guys and girls. Thanks again to Phil(Cyon) for taking care of half the cost!!!

Jemmons: You're a rock star, you could have saved worse!

Cornell: Good to meet you and glad I was able to help out.

I had a great time instructing in Level 1. Very cool to see your students taking in the knowledge and applying it on track. Went out to play for one session at the end of the day and I was done. The heat kicked my and spent Sunday recovering. The BBQ was great, thanks to HPC and Billy for the grub night before and day of. Awesome he does this from his own pocket. This man really cares about the community.

Where are my students at? Send me a PM.

It took me a minute to realize that you and Kaitlin had swapped out. Did a few double takes before I finally realized it was you. The boots you were sporting were a dead giveaway though.
