09 Ducati M696 clutch issues

My buddy at work just got his clutch replaced at Houston Superbikes because it was slipping. Well now when the motor/oil is cold it works perfect..catches mid clutch lever and has torque. I took it out for a ride and once it got hot that started slipping really bad. Off the line, in gear with throttle while on the freeway too. The clutch does get the bike going but its slipping pretty bad. I can be off the clutch and on the front brake while throttling it and the rear tire just sits there.

What would cause it to only do this when hot? Oil? Springs?

I did notice the oil was foamy in the sight glass...

I've seen that with amsoil. Changed oil brand and problem went away

yea thats weird...Ill change to oil and see what happens...

I mean what else is heat related in that system? nothing...I was thinking clutch basket, springs or plates but if those were to fail it would be all the time not when it gets hot

Joe Busa did the same on amsoil. Changed the oil and it was immediately better. Just saying it can happen
