Vin number look up?

Is there anyone or a place I can get a vin number looked up? Looking to pick up a project 2003 cbr, but he doesn't have a title but gave me the vin.

If youre getting a good deal on it and you run the VIN you should be fine. Just make sure you get a good deal, clear VIN and register that bish. Nothing wrong at all with buying a bike without a title if you know what youre doing.
