How to not get popped

Some of you may already know this... but for those of you who don't - I figure I'll post this b/c it keeps the stunting off of public streets but still lets you guys practice - which (in my book) is a win/win situation.

If you're stunting in a mall parking lot - pop - you can get a ticket. If you're stunting on country bumkin road fm 999 - pop - you can get a ticket. But - the popo cannot (legally) ticket you for stunting in a private parking lot. Note: The law further defines a private parking lot as one that is fenced/gated (or 'secure') access.

So... that being said... if... you can find an old shutdown plant or something that has FENCED/GATED access that has a parking lot that is CLEARLY not for public parking. Annnnnnd you can get in there without having to cut any locks or anything - then the worst you could expect is probably a tresspassing warning.

Don't get me wrong - popo can still give you a ticket for wreckless driving or whatever - but... prove it's a secured/private parking lot - and it won't stick.

Not to mention, the moment you step off of the property they can own you - so always have your dl/ins.

Meh... like I said... just tryin to help...

Re: How to not get popped

When I win the Lotto I most likeley will purchase a big lot and will make it a place for stunt, In one corner I'm going to put a Hamburger joint, cars will parked in the side street and only motorcycles will be allowed inside the premises, the whole lot will be fenced and the fenced will be cover so outsiders can not see what's going inside...I'll charge only 5$ to go inside and you will have to sign a liability document (like the one you sign at Houston Raceway Park) and show proof of insurance . The food/dinning area will have pedestrian access to the stunting area, but cagers will be parked outside, The place will have stadium-like lightining for those who like to stunt late at night. Inside the dinning area will be some big screens playing StarBoyz stunting videos. Also the the stunting area will have big speakers playing loud rock music.

Well....just daydreaming.........But it sure sounds nice a place like that............ : : : : :

Re: How to not get popped

unless you have explicit permission from the private property owner, you can proly be detained till the LEO's confirm w/ the owners whether your allowed to be there or not. if the LEO's wanna persue it .

zapata grand scheme.......thats what happened in austin, a landowner had a small airport, let stunters go there and play. then 1 day 2 guys ran into each other........guess who got sued.
