AC People

Need an new AC unit/system for a 1400sq townhouse. I tihnk the guy mentioned something about a 3 ton system not sure. let me know if you can help.

The general rule of thumb is 1 ton of air conditioning per 500 square feet of housing. While this was _THE_ rule 15 years ago, now it's more of a rough guideline, not taking into account a heat-load calculation.

However, your still very likely going to end up getting a 3 ton unit and I can get them installed with a 5/10 year warranty generally cheaper than anyone else.
