Re: braking to the apex or not??

I read the article and I must agree. I have been working on the trail braking and as weird as it feels you get used to it and it gets to a point when you unconsciously start doing it. a pic was taken of me and I didnt even realize I was trail braking till I saw my pic. I was leaned way over with my knee on the ground and I had my hand on the brake. I have been working on using it more. I need to do something about my rear brake because that I never use, and I probably should. I'll just take it one step at a time...

Re: braking to the apex or not??

Don't really know what all the tech terms are... I just go around the track as fast as I can and only brake when I have to. right:

Re: braking to the apex or not??

i found my self trail braking almost to the apex, b/c i would always get stuck behind people right before the turns and would have to follow them thru, some of those guys creep around the corners and then hammer the out of it in the straights,, got around most of them but some of the newer bigger (than mine) bikes were just to powerfull in the straights, like the 12R, a couple busas
