Thumbs up Jay Newton's MSRC Thanks!!

A bit of a rough weekend for Jay again. A lingering radiator issue from the crashes at NOLA kept him from any decent practice on Friday, and from getting the R6's suspension set up he needed for Sunday's races. In mini practice on Friday and Saturday morning, he was on Ryder Hard Racing's sprint bike and rolling nice laps. When it was his turn at the helm for the mini endurance, he could not get comfortable on the endurance bike and had a lack luster performance. Though the team ended up 2nd overall, he was very disappointed. In the Sunday big bike program, we chased suspension problems most of the day, but thanks to Brandon Spradling at P1 Racing, it was better by the end of the day and lap times improved. The South Central Race Center supplied Bridgestones worked well all weekend. Jay would like to send a huge thanks out to John Orchard for letting us buy his spare radiator, the Camachos for all the help, Brandon Spradling at P1 Racing for all the help in the pits, Greg Gilstrap, Ryan Rutkowski, and to everyone for the support all weekend!! Of course, the entire CMRA staff and all the corner workers for everything they do!!! We look forward to seeing you all at TWS (Texas World Speedway)!!
