::shakes fist:: how dare she take off, omgggggggg! What a terrible, terrible person.

I knew a guy who avoided a crash, a car made a UTURN in front of him, and insurance company said since there was no contact, it wasnt an "accident" so they wont pay out. The perp stopped and rendered aid n even paid out of his pocket $500.
So now ur left with the choice of avoiding the wreck, which I would do, or make impact to make sure ur insured. Grrrr.

Solution--insure urself n make sure u have coverage for incidents like this.
