Last night's CRASH

I was riding back home around 9:00 PM when it started to sprinkle. I said to myself no big deal I have ridden in the rain before this is nothing. I was on the highway I exited Main st. drove into my neighborhood and was 5 blocks away from my house when all of a sudden my bike began to wobble ferociously. I said to myself, "Do not panic lets see if she, ninja 250r, can regain control. Well she started to wobble less and less, im proud of her, while all this is happening I am approaching an intersection where I do not have a stop but the other street does. Well guess what? The perfect storm arises some lady in a white Honda decides to run the stop. My wobble is still going on but its getting better but now I have to brake. I do so and BAM that's all she rode. My bike launches my and im saying to myself, "Please do not stop lady please just keep going you already ran the stop." You guessed it, the stops. im heading straight for her head first. I stopped sliding though I hit my head really hard and almost passed out and when I look up I see her freaking muffler right on top of me. Thank I stopped. The lady screams out, "Are you ok?" I said to myself is this really asking me if im ok? She asks again, "Are you ok?" I replied, "Im I ok what the do you think?" She takes off. I do a quick muscle check, yes I can move legs yes I can move my arms so lets get up. I get up tried going after the but bike is , I cant get her to start. I pushed my bike to my house yelling " and Fack" Take all my gear and not a scratch looked at my helmet and its all up. Anyways gotta cut the story short, the lesson is WEAR YOUR GEAR, all of it including knee pads. I normally don't wear them but my friend is always telling me to do so and im glad I had them on.

Good learning experience, if you or any part of you an the bike made contact with her car, then it is officially an accident. You could have had her insurance pay for all the damages to you, your gear and bike. I would not have let her leave.

You had a case.
You dont have to make contact for the sign runner to be found at fault if you go down avoiding them

I got paid without contact. I was on the brakes moving away from the sign runner, hit those rr tracks on 25 th st in galvez, and washed out.
I had a witness though

Like I said by the time I got up she was gone. She was gone way before I got up. The initial impact of me hitting the ground on the left side of my head almost knocked me out, I mean I saw black and those little weird spots. so I couldn't stop her. I was like Ichigo saying "Ugoku, ugoku, ugoku for the first 5 seconds"

Any time you have a head injury you need to go to the ER. Many times swelling doesnt start for 6-8 hours later, while your asleep, and you dont wake up. Then they have to cut your skull open to relieve pressure. Cheaper to just go to the ER. I saw a guy fall down and smack his head on the ground. Paramedics were called cause it was on biz property. He refused to be looked at, left. Seemed fine, drunk, but fine. Next morning coma.

Keep in mind my helmet is on with the visor closed, so I doubt she heard me or probably just heard mumbling and said, "Oh he might be dead or dying I better get out of here."

Man, that blows, but im glad you are ok. Does your bike have a tip sensor. Some bikes if the bike goes beyond a certain angle the tip sensor shuts off the fuel pump and it has to be reset. I got caught in the rain last night to, This am I have one dirty bike!

No it was not a tip sensor although it might have one. My clutch pedal was twisted like twisted cinnamon bread sticks lol. So I couldn't shift and the last gear it was on was 2
