MX meets....?

How come we never hold motorcross meets? Is it bc most don't have dirt bikes? I think a lot of the street meets are fun and so may a dirt meet? Ideas?

We can keep him on the kiddie track for a few hours. Then he will be ready for the fun tracks.

I'm no superhero on the dirt. Always rode MX but where I grew up was trails and big open fields so the track is new but fun as . It would be great to get riders of all levels to start doing meets... Bad idea??

Doooooo it.

I may sell my 450 and get a 4stroke 250! More suitable for me. Or just turn my 450 into a motard and buy a 250 for the track. Ha

There are meets, just guys from another forum. Wednesday nights at Rio Bravo, if you show up early enough you can get some laps in on the day track before the sun goes down. It's a good place for beginners bc you don't have to really jump anything, you can roll the whole track if you want as long as you keep an eye out for faster guys coming through and then as you pick up speed theres a couple places to get a good amount of air. A group of us usually rides Sundays at Rio or 3 palms, those rides are in the morning to beat the heat, 106 degrees on an mx bike is a .

Ah yeah. Have done 3Palms. The track in the middle. Too afraid of the big track and I have done Rio. Fast and fun. I guess I am an intermediate rider. I will have to look into those meets.
