Although I haven't been on any of your SMR's bc i no longer own a street bike I appreciate how you organized them. I'm sure you'll be missed. See you soon.

Don't work too hard....

If I have a wild hair, I may host a ride leaving from your LaMad meet spot sometime. I like to ride Crabb every now and then. Maybe one day they'll finish GrandParkway and we can get to Fulshear faster...Small group and not noob friendly though lol

I've been doing SMRs before they were even called SMRs. I've avoided joining MH like the plague for years and since joining last month I feel like there ARE NOT as many -talkers as I thought! People on this forum DO care and i'm kinda sad to see Frank no longer at the helm. I have a few ideas where we can ride instead but it's gonna take people to get organized. Some of you guys have met a few of the "Old Guard" on the rides. We've been doing it since the late nineties and lots of people came and went but some of us still ride on, like idazzle's quote. A lot of people seem disappointed, I don't know a lot of you guys and i'm a MH noob but i'm willing to help out. Let me know what y'all think.

Thanks for your appreciation my friend, yeah a lot goes into organizing and ever since i joined MH i have tried to constantly change things for the better and add more rules for the safety of everyone involved, it is a constant adaptation with new riders joining us every Sunday, but it has been a lot of fun as well in the process, met a lot of good friends that i normally wouldnt have met outside of the motorcycle crowd, will be back soon and hopefully continue to contribute to this community and help new riders get comfortable on their bikes on the back roads!

Squid Spawn has helped me lead the first group many times before and is a solid rider with very good judgement and usually leads a good pace, not as crazy fast but still very enjoyable for the more experienced riders!

If your lucky queenmoka can be your pilot fot those long hauls. You won't be missing those SMRs as much. Just make sure you don't sit to close to other passengers though.

Your rides will be missed and La Madeline will be hurting.
